Michael Torres also called Myke towers is a Puerto Rican songwriter and rapper who was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico on 15 January 1994. He changed his name by changing it from Mike Towers to Myke Towers to pay tribute to the movement known as Young Kingz of which he is part of. He changed the letter i into a y initial letter in the name of the movement. Myke Towers is a part of the rap underground scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence publishing his first compositions as well as freestyles through his SoundCloud account. The artist gained fame in 2014 through songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. The freestyle he performed, La Nueva Droga, and his rendition of Drake's original song "0 to 100" also attracted attention in the world of urban music.
